Bridging finance

We can arrange short-term funding (for example from 3 to 24 months) to assist with auctions or other purchases where funds are needed quickly. This funding can literally “bridge the gap” between purchasing one property and selling another, or buy some time until a longer-term mortgage or development loan can be arranged.

Development finance

Where you already own or are purchasing a property to re-develop or refurbish, we can arrange a specialist loan to finance and complete the project.

Development exit

if you have recently completely a project and your development loan or other funding needs repaying, a development exit loan can help buy some time to enable you to sell the property or arrange longer-term funding in the case of an investment property. Structured property finance: For more complex cases or property portfolios, we can take a look at your existing funding arrangements with a view to restructuring to release equity for further projects. This is likely to involve longer-term funding and more competitive pricing.

Special situations

We acknowledge that property entrepreneurs experience difficulties and may have worthy projects that are restricted by adverse credit or other circumstances.  We are able to consider unusual cases such as current defaults, receivership refinancing and a variety of distressed situations, each case treated with an open mind.
